  14. I'm having trouble staying connected to my ISP. I keep getting knocked 
  15. off line after sessions of varying lengths. Some have suggested the cause 
  16. lies in my modem's initialization string. They said I have to change it 
  17. to AT&F1S54=99. But they don't tell me how I do that. I am using Windows 
  18. 3.1. Where do I go to change my modem's initialization string?
